No problem, some of the properties we purchase we use as rentals ourselves. If you have a bad tenant, we are still willing to purchase the home with them in it.
No problem, we can still purchase your home. The agreement you have with your realtor will still need to be honored. Some realtors will accept a reduced commission being you found your own buyer.
