  • Why should I sell to Back Country Properties?
  • We are an honest and straightforward company. All of our offers are CASH; there are no needs for inspections, appraisals, or any other outside decision-making. The offer we make to you is 100% concrete. We are ready, willing and able to close in the time frame that best fits your needs.

  • Are you a relator (real estate agent) or broker?
  • NO, we are a private real estate investment company. What that means to you is there are no commissions or broker fees to be paid, no inflated closing costs, and no inspection or appraisal fees.

  • Do you only buy single-family homes?
  • We buy any type of real estate, which includes single family homes, multi family homes (duplex, triplex, ETC.), town houses, condominiums and even mobile homes and land. We also buy commercial real estate.

  • Where do you buy homes?
  • We are strategically located in Martin County Florida, we serve both Central and South Florida. Back Country Properties is both a buyer in and out of the state of Florida.

  • What if my house is in foreclosure?
  • Foreclosure is not a problem. We buy houses that are in all stages of foreclosure. It is very important that you do not wait to call us if you are in foreclosure or are falling behind on your payments. The longer that you wait, the more equity (cash that should go into your pocket) you will lose to the bank.

  • What if I inherited the home I wish to sell?
  • First, let me and my family offer our condolences. We understand this can be an extremely difficult process for you. We have helped dozens of families through this process. No matter what stage of probate you are in, we are able to help.

  • What if I have tenants, good ones or bad, living in the home?
  • No problem, some of the properties we purchase we use as rentals ourselves. If you have a bad tenant, we are still willing to purchase the home with them in it.

  • What if my house is listed with a relator already?
  • No problem, we can still purchase your home. The agreement you have with your realtor will still need to be honored. Some realtors will accept a reduced commission being you found your own buyer.

  • What if my home is in bad condition?
  • No problem! WE BUY ANY HOUSE OR PROPERTY IN ANY CONDITION AND IN ANY PRICE RANGE.

  • What if I have code violations and liens?
  • No problem. We will purchase the home and assume all the liability.

  • What if my house is a short sale?
  • No problem. We are a cash buyer, which is the strongest type of offer that can be made. We can provide proof of funds, to back our offers, to the bank.

  • What do we mean by “we are cash buyers”?
  • This means that we have no need for a loan or anyone’s approval to be able to purchase. Our purchases are made with real funds. It also means that our offers come with no contingences, whatever we offer to you we are 100% ready, willing and able to follow through on.

  • How fast can we close?
  • We have closed transactions within 48 hours but on average 7-14 days. Although we can work with whatever time frame you require.

  • Is it possible for me to see my home after the remodeling process is complete?
